Lumière (My perfect city with its own name) is basically a Northeastern city (Overall culture, transportation, most of the cityscape, consistent walkability, density, street fashion, and grittiness) with all four seasons (Albeit with a seasonal tropical climate during the summer), the beaches and distinct Caribbean vibe of Miami, and the funkiness, cleanliness (Especially air quality), casual fashion, and lushness of the Pacific Northwest.
