Some people say for some expensive states, its not all about cheap housing and cheap taxes. This is not always the case, because for some people to move it just may damn well be. I have so many friends that left NJ for just that reason, so how could they say its not all about that. If you cant make a living , owning, renting or able to eat and your a lousy for example auto mechanic, at the top of your game at 60,000k , or a care taker making 11 dollars an hour, or retired on a fixed income, this may be the most important reason. Yes if your loaded and making good money or your job transfers you I agree, but who the hell would want to leave that situation. It is about being able to live!!!!! Yes I know some states pay less of a wage so its equal, but NJ is the highest in many things, so it is about that reason in that state. I just don't understand how some people could be so insensitve to people in retail, service or caretaking who don't pull in enough to afford NJ.
