Curious to my knowledge the only largest Hispanic/Latino groups in the US are Cubans,Puerto Ricans,Dominican and Mexican. Their are no US cities that have large Brazilian,Argentinian, costa Ricans, columbian,Chilean,or Peruvians that come from their country here to the US. Those groups are pretty much non existent in America. It's just the Latino groups I just listed that are here in the US. Is the Hispanic/Latino population growing here in the states or is it decreasing? I live in Pittsburgh so I don't see that many Hispanics at all, is their a low percentage of Hispanics in Pittsburgh?

Compared to other large cities in the US, I would say so yes.

Miami has huge amounts of Venezuelans, Colombians, Brazilians, other central americans.
And to answer your question: Pittsburgh has a very low Hispanic population compared to other cities it's size.
Pennsylvania as a whole has less Hispanics than a lot of states. Even Philly has a relatively low proportion of Hispanics, meanwhile Maryland, DC, NY all have booming Hispanic populations.

Wonder why?
Philadelphia has a larger Hispanic percentage and Hispanic population than DC in the city proper and the hispanic population is increasing relatively quickly too.
Philadelphia 12.3% Hispanic
Vs
Washington DC 9.1% Hispanic
The DC metro has a larger hispanic population and percentage than the Philadelphia metro though.
There's Brazilians all over South Florida. Especially in Broward County.
