I count Los Angeles. Theres a strong classism between the Westside and the rest of LA county east of the 405. The class divide between the haves and have nots is more like Latin American cities. Orange County is also really classist. But has a larger middle class than LA county.

When I read the topic title, I also thought of Westchester. Then again I grew up in Mount Vernon which put you in THE WRONG CLASS in Westchester even though my lifestyle was fairly average for the county as a whole, which is to say middle-class.

To this day their are alot of people 'Keeping Up Appearances' there.

In fact, Westchester would be the perfect setting for an American remake of the British comedy.

That would be "New York County".

It would also be the answer to the original question. Actually the DC area in general would fall into this.

As would much of the Boston and NYC metro area.
