I think most FAMOUS songs that remind me of Jax are songs that are by Jax artists. And sadly they are usually not that great. (Limp Bizkit, Cold, Shinedown, Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, etc.) Perhaps the most famous song associated with Jax is Lynyrd's Skynyrd's Sweet Home Alabama...about another city. lol pretty pathetic.

Eh, I will choose Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard. I'm not sure if this song was technically written about Jax but it probably was. They wrote a lot of songs about their hometown.

While Mingus was from California, he had a New York style. Moanin has a busy NYC feel to it
