My criteria is not that rigid. I can make minor exceptions such as no NFL team within city limits, etc.

You obviously have not done any research on Cincinnati if you think it's dangerous. It's funny too because it meets all of your other criteria.

Outside of the left coast, Louisville should merit consideration if you don't want to actually live in Cincinnati.

I've lived in Pittsburgh the past 12 years. For 10 of those it didn't snow much at all.

Nothing against Cincinnati and i don't consider it that dangerous but at the time writing the post it was the only city apart from Flint i remembered being on the top 100 most dangerous cities list.

It was like 97 or 98 out of 100. My guess is there are 50+ cities seperated by a fraction of a percent but they had to order them so 97 is no more dangerous than 147.
