Hello I have ben looking into moving I now live in wisconsin. I would like to find a great small town 30000 or less people and that has decent paying jobs where I can support my family. I am looking into the southern states and west coastal cities.

South Carolina is seeing a recovering economy and has a considerably lower cost of living. Check out Goose Creek north of Charleston, Mauldin which is south of Greenville or Forestbrook which is just outside of Myrtle Beach.

Perhaps communities like Yorktown and Gloucester Court House in the Tidewater/Hampton Roads area of VA could work.
