Three don't have any pro sports teams at all.

The rest (3) are into the NFL, but even they have decent baseball atmospheres. Being a big baseball town is an important factor for me.

The only other places I would ever consider living outside of the Pacific Northwest, where I currently live, are:

Burlington, VT
Ocean Park, Santa Monica, CA
Northeast Los Angeles (Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Garvanza)
Northeast Minneapolis
Morro Bay, CA

That's it.

My main requirements are Ocean, temperate climate and long growing season. Nevada made the cut only because I do love my casinos! LOL
