What cities are mostly made white people? Not many minorities, and immigrants...

San Francisco has a LOT of diversity.
I'd say Portlands OR and ME, Minneapolis, Bismarck, ND
And there is such a thing as white immigrants...

You should say cities above or below what size. You will find more smaller cities with a high percentage of white people. Do you also mean non-Hispanic whites?
I have done my research on the topic because I'm interested myself.

We might as well add Lexington, Kentucky and Knoville, Tennessee. They have about the same population size as Boise, Idaho.
