* #1 restaurant: Way too many favorites to just list one.
* #1 Mall: Newport Centre in Jersey City or a 7 minute train ride to Manhattan.

* #1 Sporting Event: Watching my horrid Jets play
* #1 Building: Historic brownstones
* #1 Import: Wall Streeters and trust fund children
* #1 Export: Frank Sinatra and the original Italians of Hoboken
* #1 Stereotype: Still a run down, crime ridden long shoreman town.
* #1 local company: Madison Ave, artists, Wall Street.
* #1 Piece of History: Home of Sinatra and the first place baseball was ever played.
* #1 Neighborhood: The 'Boken is only 18 blocks long, but divided into uptown and downtown. Downtown is my home, so I'm going to be slanted on my opinion.
* #1 reason to live here: Culture, the food, the views, the history, easy commute into the City. Sorry, couldn't pick just one!
