#1 Stereotype: Hooligan college student types
#1 local company: Nationwide Insurance
#1 Piece of History: State Capitol Building
#1 Neighborhood: Upper Arlington/Grandview
#1 reason to live here: It's the perfect city in the middle. Not too big, not too small. Not too cold, not too hot. Not too liberal, not to conservative. Strong economy and plenty of growth happening, but not to the point of stretching the city.
* #1 Attraction: The Old Port
* #1 Former/Current resident: Stephan King was born here
* #1 restaurant: DeMillo's is probably the most popular, but I wouldn't say that they are the best.
* #1 Mall: the Maine Mall, which is like one of three malls in the entire state.
* #1 Sports Team: Probably the Portland Sea Dogs.
* #1 Sporting Event: Watching Red Sox games on the telly.
* #1 Building: the Time and Temperature Building, probably.
* #1 Import: pretty much everything, but I think Canadian lumber would be #1.
* #1 Export: Lobsters
* #1 Stereotype: Portland Maine is a northern suburb of Boston.
* #1 local company: probably LL Bean, although a few towns over.
* #1 Piece of History: Don't know, but the city was settled in the 1600's.
* #1 Neighborhood: I'd say the Western Prom.
* #1 reason to live here: There isn't a huge rush of people wanting to live here.
* #1 Attraction: The waterfront
* #1 Former/Current resident: Frank Sinatra
* #1 restaurant: Way too many favorites to just list one.
* #1 Mall: Newport Centre in Jersey City or a 7 minute train ride to Manhattan.
* #1 Sports Team: Jets, Mets, Nets, Yankees, Giants, Devils, Rangers, Knicks
* #1 Sporting Event: Watching my horrid Jets play
* #1 Building: Historic brownstones
* #1 Import: Wall Streeters and trust fund children
* #1 Export: Frank Sinatra and the original Italians of Hoboken
* #1 Stereotype: Still a run down, crime ridden long shoreman town.
* #1 local company: Madison Ave, artists, Wall Street.
* #1 Piece of History: Home of Sinatra and the first place baseball was ever played.
* #1 Neighborhood: The 'Boken is only 18 blocks long, but divided into uptown and downtown. Downtown is my home, so I'm going to be slanted on my opinion.
* #1 reason to live here: Culture, the food, the views, the history, easy commute into the City. Sorry, couldn't pick just one!
Baltimore, Maryland
#1 Attraction: Inner Harbor
#1 Former/Current resident: John Waters
#1 restaurant: The Brass Rail (not to sure-I don't eat at the fancy ones)
#1 Mall: The Gallery at Harborplace
#1 Sports Team: O's and the Ravens (both not doing well)
#1 Sporting Event: The Preakness
#1 Building: personal-The Bromo Seltzer Tower but the B and O Building
#1 Import: former residents of DC looking for cheaper housing
#1 Export: crabs or to many still holding a grudge-The Colts
#1 Stereotype: Murder my boy--murder
#1 local company: probably Hopkins is the biggest employer
#1 Piece of History: The Chisholm Trail
#1 Neighborhood: tough one-but Mt. Vernon for over-all class
#1 reason to live here: excentric, quirky, great walking, great old architecture(If that is your thing)

#1 Sports Team: College; The Ohio State Buckeyes Football Teams, PRO is Columbus Blue Jackets
#1 Sporting Event: Any game in the 'shoe
#1 Building: The Ohio Supreme Court Building
#1 Import: NO IDEA
#1 Export: Honda Cars
#1 Stereotype: Columbus lacks a national sterotype, regionally though it would be a white collar husband and wife with two kids
#1 local company: Limited Brands (Victorias Secret etc.. and owned by the richest man in Ohio Lex Wexner)
#1 Piece of History: Leveque Tower (was the tallest skyscraper between Chicago and NY when built)
#1 Neighborhood: The Short North Arts District
#1 reason to live here: It is a young city with a growing economy and a great amount of innercity gentrification while still keeping a connection to originality, the arts, and the music scenes.
