Seriously! Ocala seemed to have more monster trucks driving around than Alabama last time I was there. There is also the "Redneck Riviera"

Anyway, this thread is certainly flawed. No southern state has "seceded" and none will... no matter how much Bubba and Nancy Grace might yap about it.

Florida and Virginia seem less Southern. Florida more so.

Virginia, Maryland and Delaware are all mildly southern. Actually, Virginia is solidly southern, if you ask me. Just NOVA isn't.

Compared to TN, FL's not even a southern state. But thanks for playing.

None. All of these states are Southern and will always be. Also they are not geographically located in the Northeast in anyway.

Seriously. Just because certain parts of certain Southern states have lost a lot of their traditional Southern culture due to transplants or proximity to other regions, doesn't make them any less a part of the South than they were before. That's ludicrous.

I wasn't "playing". I was mocking your ignorance. And since you're apparently one of those "enlightened" individuals who gauges all things Southern on tired media-driven stereotypes, I can definitely tell you that some of the most backward, inbred, toothless, uneducated yokels I've ever seen concentrated in one area was in... you guessed it... Florida. Tennessee actually seems a lot more civilized by comparison.

Any more silly kid's games you want to play?
