Hi
I'm thinking of moving on to U.S or Canada to start new decent life of my own
Is $350k - $400k enough to start a new decent life,
I need some info/advice on best places
- anyone who suggest city please add information with it to make my choice easier, it will be the place I will spend the rest of my life.
- best place for half white half black, you can say browny guy
- cost of living in the suggest places
- apartment or house don't mind as long as I can cover it with what I have plus cost of furnishing the place
- I don't have any issue with rain or snow, just keep me away from tornados ))
yeah I know I take care of that , I just want more info to where should I move on, I still need 2-5 month before I get my Permanent Resident Business Visa
that's will give me a lot of time to pick up my mind on where to go and find Real Estate seller there
I love to move and knowing where I'm going better then moving and act like headless chicken and start my new life with big mess
so that's why I ask now about the best places
right now everything every info can help me to choice,
tax, gas price, restaurants, cable, internet speed, property price, best schools
i'm thinking of starting family not now but very soon
everything can help
Honestly, that's enough money that virtually everywhere in the U.S. you could live for several years without working at all, provided you rented. In some lower-cost portions of the country, it would be enough to buy a house without financing. However, I wouldn't suggest this right away, given it would cut down on cash reserves you could rely upon until you found work.
You need at least one million dollars to start a new life. Everybody knows that.
