That would be correct. Jacksonville is the 13th largest city in the US with a population of 842K, and 40th largest metro area in the country.

^ I would have said Nashville until you got to the "no hipsters" part. Somewhere like Charlotte or Indianapolis may be a better fit for you than any of the cities ending in "-ville." Definitely Atlanta as well if you want to go bigger.
