True.

If I won the lottery..without a doubt the San Diego area...either Rancho Santa Fe or La Jolla. Those places are beautiful and the weather is perfect! My second homes would be an apartment in the Village in Manhattan and also get a flat in Berlin.

Want to do a house-swap for a few weeks sometime? I'll stay at your flat in Berlin and you could stay at my home on the beach in Puerto Rico on La Isla de Culebra (I'll have a home in La Jolla too )

Now you've got me thinking about getting a place in Europe-but probably Barcelona.

It's nice to dream haha!

It took six pages before a Texas city got bashed!? I'm disappointed. I expect better from CD.

Anyway, I'd probably just get a place more centralized in Austin and use my money to visit where I want to go.

That way I can visit and enjoy the good things about places like the Bay Area and Manhattan without actually having to live there and deal with the pretense and other unsavory aspects of them.

After winning the lottery, it would definitely be a serious consideration for sure.

I mentioned Santa Barbara before, but I've wanted a penthouse in Singapore...hell why not both with that kind of cash?

I wouldn't move from the city I am in now, though I would get a nicer apartment/condo.

At least it took you guys six pages. I'm more surprised Atlanta wasn't bashed by page two.

I wouldn't stay in the U.S. if I had that much money. I'd probably move to Canada, or Singapore, or even somewhere in western Europe. If I had to choose a city in the U.S., I'd pick Seattle. Great views, good climate, and close enough to take day trips to Canada!
