I can't stand the NJ accent.

I have a thing for a woman with a southern drawl or an Australian accent. Women with a Boston or New York accent are not pleasant to listen to...in my opinion.

minnesotan accents also can be annoying, but sometimes funny

deep new orleans accents are usually entertaining

other than those i dont really hear specific accents like "west coast" etc although folks do have their own local dialects/slang etc

i dont have an accent, but one time this young canadian couple kept cracking up telling me i had a cool accent
Everyone has an accent, whether you believe it or not. It's just certain people seem as if their voice is neutral, although there is truly no such thing.

I feel like you're not the only English person who has said this. I've heard other English people say that the US Southern accent is pleasant to their ear.

Something about the way they talk just makes me feel warm or like saying "awww" and then you have the annoying Hollywood type accent (SoCal accent?)

The sexist may be the general American accent I hear, it sounds arrogant which can be ahem...sexy..

It does sound sexy at times, I admit. General American, that is. It's sexier when a British girl imitates it.
