~no winter or short winter
~open minded people
~healthy lifestyle
~skyscrapers (at least a few, no flatness or boring downtowns)
~at least 500,000 people
~lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars
~walkable city/good public transportation
~farmer and flea markets
~hipster vibe

These are most of the qualities I want in a city. Minneapolis fits all of these but winter. I know people would say why not compromise, but iv been living in wisconsin my whole life and 6 months of winter (nov-april) is weighing too much on my psyche

Not compared to the Upper mid west it doesn't. It goes below freezing a decent amount, but it stays very close to the freezing mark with rare exceptions.

I would still say Seattle. Also, Portland, Oregon, or San Francisco.
