There are other larger Asian populations in Louisiana. Filipinos have lived in NOLA since its earliest days (port city and all), and the Chinese population swelled in the 20th century. The group that most readily comes to mind, though, are the Vietnamese, who are all over the shrimping industry there. (Or at least they were. Shrimping in the Gulf has seen better days.)
Do they a chinatown or little saigon in New orlearns?

It actually goes CA, then MN, then WI, then fairly insignificant, in terms of Hmong population.

There is a fairly significant Hmong population in some smaller MN/WI (especially WI) cities, as well. This was done on purpose, as Hmong were relocated to diversify some of the whitest cities in the country.

Cambridge, MA and Ivy League college. Asians and Jews combined make up over 50 percent of the Ivy League colleges make up. Asians and Jews are the smartest and most educated minorities by far.

Just about every Upstate NY metro will have an area and/or neighborhood with at least a notable concentration. For instance, in the Binghamton area, Vestal and to a lesser degree, Johnson City come to mind. In the Utica area, New Hartford and parts of Utica come to mind. Gang Mills outside of Corning is another community. So, you may find a community/concentration that fits the criteria.
Here are a few zip codes nearby that would fit: 13208 Zip Code Population and Races - USA.com™

13203 Zip Code Population and Races - USA.com™

13210 Zip Code Population and Races - USA.com™

The first 2 zips have more SE Asians and some South Asian refugees, with the last zip having more Chinese, Indians and some Koreans.
