It's done. NO snow (ugh, not even an inch,) very little wintry precipitation at all, and a long string of cold and dry days.

Thank goodness it's now pollen/tornado/bug season, otherwise known as "spring".

My parents in Iowa were in the mid 80's yesterday.

I was able to find a little bit of snow left from one of those large piles in Chicago. It was funny because it was 73 degrees outside, sunny and I was wearing a t-shirt.

It's forecast for 73 today in ABQ. There are already weeds and flowers everywhere. I'm not sure if the soil has reached 65 yet though.

All the times it has snowed in Texas during my lifetime, it's always in the months after the new year: January, February, March... April one year. This year was no exception. We did get a little snow in November, but three snowfalls in February/March, including one the week before Spring Break.
