Minnesota and Wisconsin aren't at the top but they do have a noticeable Native population, both in the north woods areas and also in Duluth-Superior and the Twin Cities. The American Indian Movement was founded in Minneapolis and the city has a number of Native organizations and institutions, especially in the Phillips neighborhood.

Although many New Mexico Natives live on their own lands (which are their ancestral lands, by the way), the cities have a large integrated population as well. It's not like they are all trapped on the rez like a zoo, you know.
