The Mountain Parks as a different unit from the city parks...

Best city parks are in Portland and Chicago. Forest Park is the most amazing city park in America and the Chicago lake front is incredible.

Portland has more than 10,000 acres of public parks and other natural areas, including one of the largest municipal parks in the United States, Forest Park.

And in true Portland fashion, we also have (according to Guinness), the smallest park in the world, Mill Ends Park.
