I've seen the source used for articles on USA Today and the Weather Channel so seemed like a legit source to me.

I clicked the tab that said INRIX Scorecard Country. The default was United States and the most recent info they had was for July of 2014 and the preceding 12 month period. What rankings did you see?

It can be deceptive, though, because most of the worst localities are rural areas where there are few employment opportunities, and nearly everyone has to drive a considerable distance to work in another city.

My mistake. I was looking at the North American rankings.
