Pittsburgh: Striking Distance. Lame, but neat footage of the rivers.
Night of the Living Dead, filmed in the Pittsburgh suburbs.

Boulder, CO: Catch and Release. I haven't seen it, but my DD said it was lame but had lots of "Boulderisms" in it.

Probably the Oceans movies.

Those are my favorite, anyway.

ATL-ATL

Not the best but obviously first to come to mind.

Atlanta is a major character in most of Tyler Perrys movies.

Linklater's ability to capture the vibe of Austin is uncanny. As good a job as Dazed & Confused does, I think Slacker is a true cinematic embodiment of the town. Watching that movie makes we miss Austin so much (and I live in Madison, which is endlessly compared to Austin if you ignore the overbearing winter).

I liked Slacker too, but I felt it was a little too stylized. I found Dazed & Confused more accessible.
