Looking for a city or town that has clean air,good for allergy sufferers, has a Bass pro or Cabelas close by,republican city/town and has a affordable cost of living?

How important is the allergy thing? Because all of those cities are probably going to be miserable in the spring.

As a long time allergy sufferer myself, all of those are going to be rough.

Try going someplace dry like El Paso.

All of the cities you noted will be terrible for allergy sufferers. That would include both spring and autumn allergies.

For allergies- high and dry- over 5,000 feet in a high desert area or right at the ocean shore.

You need to get away from grasses and pollen bearing, deciduous trees. That means high, dry areas or at the shore where off shore winds blow the pollens away. The places you're picking are sort of allergy central.
