I'm surprised Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA didn't make the "best" list, considering Money Magazine rated us the fourth-hottest real estate market in 2007 and that we were also recently awarded the title of the nation's fourth-most affordable housing market. I'm also in shock to see that housing prices in Manhattan are expected to continue to spike; it's no wonder why New Yorkers are flocking westward into PA---they can't afford to purchase a home in their own city anymore!

I tried to find the 2007 forecasts [to check Minneapolis] but they're not on the website anymore. Their forecasts aren't bad, but on the other hand they're not gospel...
Yakima has the biggest housing Market.
That's amazing for a city with a name with the sound of someone throwing up.
