New Jersey
+great schools
+gas on the cheaper side
+no sales tax on groceries or clothing

-high property taxes in some areas
-funds from tolled roadways also pay for all the other roads


northern Virginia
+overall good weather with more mild winters
+close to DC and other entertainment
+good tech jobs

-terrible traffic

California:

+great weather
+great benefits for disabled people (state supplements income and healthcare)
+inexpensive, but really good wine

-gas taxes are really high


Tennessee:

+fireflies
+great thunderstorms

-weather

Washington:

+no income tax
+beautiful/recreation

+ rent is still cheap
+ college town = young people
+ between St Louis and Chicago

- corruption
- population has been increasing at a super fast speed, everything is becoming more expensive

Champaign, IL
+ mini urban, many good hang out places
+ diverse cultures, very mexican and chinese

- hard to park, except for weekends
- not so green

St Louis, MO
+ drive able somewhat big city, easy to park
+ seafood, awesome ethnic foods
+ green + many progressive people
