Seems to me that Honolulu shouldn't be ahead of Tucson in the overall given their ranking in the medium cities category. Interesting list overall.

I had meant to tie it with Tucson rather than San Diego and I completely forgot to add New Orleans and Madison, WI to the list (both of which I love).
On my overall list, move Honolulu to tie Tucson and tie San Diego and New Orleans.
