If you count "major" as over 100,000. I have been to all eleven!
Also in Colorado and I looked at a list of cities over 10k (hardly major, I know) and there were five I have not been to: Windsor, Evans, Ft Morgan, Sterling and Fountain.
I've driven thru Fountain on I-25 but since I did not stop or get out of car, I do not count that as having been there. Driven by Ft Morgan & Sterling on I-76, but again did not stop and don't think city limits include the Interstate.
For Maryland, mentioning counties is easier for me as I've never been to Charles, Calvert, and St. Mary's County. In terms of cities, I've driven through Cumberland on I-68 but never stopped in it, never been to downtown Bel Air but driven on the outskirts, never been to Germantown, Elkton (no, I-95 doesn't count), Upper Marlboro, Randallstown, driven only on the outskirts of Easton and Cambridge on US 50. That said, Maryland has only one true major city, Baltimore with several medium-sized suburbs with urban cores, several standalone small cities, and many small town.
Hah-I've driven near it on the way to Cleveland but have never really spent time in the city. I definitely would like to though.
People often don't realize that Philly is much closer to places like NYC, Baltimore, DC than it is to Pittsburgh.
Boston and North Carolina are about the same distance from Philadelphia as Pittsburgh is. They are all about 300 Miles.
