I paid a little high price
but I was stuck renting until my other house sold in a different city was sold
for 4 years I saw the price of houses going up in my area
I bought a little high, but I know that the prices are gonna go even higher since there's a lot of big developments going on in the area

We paid a great price. Our house is small, but we only paid $160K. You can't touch a single-family house in this area for under $500K any more.
