I don't believe there's anything "nostalgic" about common courtesy and respect for others. I would hope as a society we would evolve not devolve, that was my point. We seem headed in the wrong direction.

We haven't really "devolved." It's just that nothing has changed. Like it or not, that stuff is just part of human nature.
