Yeah, this just randomly pick a state. People from the US(and all over the world) move to different parts of the US all the time--there's not much way to tell a white person from NY State from a white person from California from a white person from Georgia unless you're giving some other visual clues.

Instead of 1 person, you should post a group of people that are deemed "representative" and change from states to regions (midwest, pac northwest, south, northeast). This is just pointless, he can be from literally any state in almost similar probability. He's even in a suit, so you can't try to go off regional dressing styles.
