Which state is safer to live in environmentally? Narrowing it down, southeast Florida as compared to New York state around NYC, specifically Westchester? NY area has Indian Point, lots of air pollution. South FL has water problems, due to salt from the ocean invading the water supply and fertilizers and pesticides, and a certain amount of air pollution. Which do people think is a riskier place to live in in terms of adverse environmental effects?
