And you know this how? Have you considered that it's possible many here have been to both, and are being honest?

These are the same people who pretend to be ignorant of the fact that Georgia's state flag in 2015 (since 2003) is " The First National Flag of The Confederacy " in design. It's also safe to say that the notion of Georgia as more racially tolerant than Louisiana or any other Southern state was created by people from Georgia. Meanwhile in the first half of the 20th century Georgia was the only Southern state which saw 3 straight decades of black population net decline while no other Southern state including Louisiana didn't even see at least 2 straight decades of black population net decline. The degree of racial tolerance between the two states back when...1950 compared to 1920 black population, in Louisiana it was 183k larger, while in Georgia it was 143k smaller.
Yawn. You regurgitate this same tired crap in every post related to Atlanta/Georgia.

What does that have to do with THIS thread though? Most of the Georgia posters don't even post in this forum.

Regardless of whether or not "most" of Georgia posters post here, there are more Georgia posters on the site and they are far more active in this forum than LA posters...this is not an opinion.

I seriously doubt that has anything to do with the outcome of this particular poll though.

Don't try to argue with Louisianians. The rest of us southern states are bland and have no culture. So if somebody prefers one to Louisiana they must be biased.

I don't hate all things Louisiana. I quite enjoy the food. I just get tired of the complex all these Louisiana posters have by trying to remind us that they're the only state in the south with a unique culture all the time.

The fact that Georgia has Atlanta (and Savannah to a lesser extent) has more to do with it in the eyes of the general population.
