I can already see this getting spammed with Florida or Cali haha. Im looking to move to possibly Myrtle Beach or somewheres in Florida like Panama City. Or maybe a beach city in Texas. Im under 20 and am looking for a good beach city with good employment rates and quality of living. Through all of your experiences can you give some advice on this?

Don't do Myrtle Beach. It's only industry is tourism. Try Virginia Beach- 5.4% unemployment rate.

Hmm I never thought of it there. Thank you for the suggestion I will look into it! If not it will probably be in FL.

There are so many choices but yes people first think of Florida and California. Hawaii prob has the best beaches if you can afford it. Others to consider would be North Carolina, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisana or Texas. The North has places too if you are interested in northern places. New Jersey, parts of the New England coast have nice beaches. A really off the wall place people never think of for beaches is the western Great Lakes states. There are a lot of beach towns in Wisconsin and Michigan that are very nice if you like the kinda extreme climate of the area. Because they are not popular due to climate issues Great Lakes beaches are almost unspoiled in places and very beautiful. Good beach towns are not hard to find in this nation, but you have to know what kind of climate and environment you want. Personally I prefer North Carolina beaches. I also think east coast beaches in general are far better than west, mostly because of the warmer water. The west coast has a cold current that keeps the water much colder.

Being under 20 I would focus on areas where the cost of living is lower and where you're not going to struggle to live on lower-wage service sector jobs. Check out places like Cape Coral-Fort Myers FL (4.8% unemployment rate) or Fort Walton Beach-Destin FL (4.3% unemployment rate).

I would look into North Carolina or similar. Texas has pretty crappy beaches for the most part unless you get pretty close to Mexico. I had to say it since I saw it suggested above.
