I can read - Wizard was speaking of lows.

I have been to Denver in March and in September and the weather has been super nice with very low humidity and 50 degrees feel very warm. I actually used the AC in the car when the sun was shining at 50 degrees.

I live in Wisconsin, and we use our air conditioning in September every year. This year, we didn't get our first snow until the week of Christmas. My daughter lives on a golf course north of Milwaukee, and last year, golfers were out in January. That was unusual, but things like that happen. I'm sure it's the same in Minneapolis.

Exactly! It is actually very temperate here in Michigan most of the year, the true cold only lasts a few months. To hear people on C-D tell it, we go to Siberia to get a break from our winter weather, lol.

It is the norm where I live in Michigan for the grass to still be green and temps well into the 50s and even 60s into November many years, and I have dined al fresco at a restaurant on my birthday in April before. Imagine that!

Yes, same here. To read some posters, we are all hibernating at that time.

for those severely affected by cold temps you maybe should consider switching from skirts and dresses to long pants

I rank them from worst to best...
-Houston (the heat and humid of the Gulf Coast during the summer would be too much for me)...
-Phoenix (Phoenix has the opposite problem of Houston...it is too arid. I like a little moisture in the air)...
-Oklahoma City (too hot in the summers, I wouldn't like the serious threat from tornadoes every year (there is always a risk in Illinois, but it is much less than Oklahoma) and it seems like they get more ice than snow)...
-Seattle (too gloomy for too long)...
-San Francisco (Love the sunshine, but temp wise it is a mixed bag. 50s and 60s in the winter is nice. 50s and 60s in the summer is cold)...
-Minneapolis (I like four seasons. There is always something to look forward to weather wise)...
-San Diego (Not much to complain about with San Diego weather)...

Right? I'd be more inclined to take his gibes seriously if his location read "Buffalo, NY".
