I know this question probably gets asked a lot. But I figured I'd ask anyways.

I'm a 29 yo female who is currently in graduate school and living in Washington, DC. I'm originally from CA.

After I graduate from school, I would like to find a new place to live. I'm looking for a place with warm weather, very mild winters, beaches, a good place for young professionals, job prospects, and for dating (mama is trying to get hitched ). It's just me. I don't have anybody or any obligations (I know, sad) weighing me down.

You've pretty much pigeon-holed yourself into Southern California, South Florida (Miami/Ft Lauderdale/West Palm Beach) or the Tampa Bay area unless you're willing to drop "beaches" from your requirements.

Hawaii also has everything you want, and very low unemployment.
