I was intrigued by this so I wrote a program and it returned three pretty obscure 10 letter words
alkylamine an amine (as methylamine) containing one or more alkyl groups
calamondin or Philippine lime, is an economically important citrus hybrid predominantly cultivated in the Philippines
cascarilla is a plant species of the genus Croton, that is native to the Caribbean

If Canadian provinces were allowed, we could do "ablaut" (Alberta, Louisiana, Utah) --- a linguistic process where a vowel in a word is changed to show some grammatical distinction (like "get" in the present tense, "got" in the past tense)
