I'm already trying to plan and save up for my next Spring Break trip. By March 2016, I will be 20 and my girlfriend will be 19 - not old enough to drink (and not interested) or gamble, or rent a car I believe. We went to Myrtle Beach this past Spring Break and loved it, but unfortunately I could not afford to stay the whole week. Plus, we would like to spend less of our time driving.

What I am looking for:
  • Clean beaches
  • Not overpopulated with annoying, drunk college kids
  • Not a big city (200,000 or less)
  • More things to do besides the beach
  • Not as expensive
  • Maybe on the Gulf Coast to save travelling costs and time, but either Southern Atlantic/Pacific if worth it

Small small towns (20,000 or less) are welcome, too! I think those could be a lot of fun as well. Thanks everyone for your help.

Check out Clearwater Beach FL

It has a beautiful wide beach with powdery white sand (doesn't burn your feet!) and a lot to do in the area.

Florida panhandle. Beautiful sugar white sand beaches. You can be as congested (Destin) or as remote (Seagrove, Blue Mountain) or as chi chi (Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach) as you'd like. Panama City has the most college-spring-break vibe of the panhandle beach towns. For something more rustic and laid back, look at Apalachicola, FL.
