When I lived in PA, I think I had been to all boarding states except WV and Delaware - so NY, NJ, Ohio, and Maryland. I moved to Colorado last year though and haven't done much traveling. Technically, I drove through and stayed a night in Kansas to get here but that's it.
If you drove to Colorado from Pennsylvania you most likely were in West Virginia for a short while if you were on Interstate 70. It passes through the northern panhandle for about 12 miles or so.
I live in Oregon and I've been to California (where I was born), Washington and Idaho countless times. Surprisingly, I've only been to Nevada two times that I can remember. Passing through there to get to Montana in 1998, and last year I went to Vegas for my dad's wedding.
I live in Pennsylvania, and I have never been to Ohio. Granted I live on the extreme end of the state and Ohio is on the complete opposite side. But I've been to Delaware, Jersey, and West Virginia many times.
I've only ever traveled through Indiana. All of the other States (and the one Canadian Province) that border Michigan I've spent at least a day visiting.

True but we didn't stay overnight in WV whereas we did in Kansas.
