There's a morning radio show in NC... Woody & Wilcox....that plays "did it happen in Florida" every morning; three crazy stories; you have to guess which one happened in Florida. Hint; it's always the craziest one.

The other day it was a story about a homeless guy who was walking around a Publix grocery store using a real human skull (with some flesh still on it) as a puppet...a skull that he claimed he had just found on the sidewalk while walking to the grocery store.....

One poster told me that FL has more crazy headlines because FL is so popular (says its the most desirable state to live in the US) and because we have 20M ppl living here, so of course there's going to be more crazy things happening here. Thoughts?

My thoughts: I'm not so sure FL is the most desirable place to live in the US and it still seems, even with 20 million ppl, that we have a large portion of the crazy headlines/stories.

I couldnt wait to leave Florida. Thinking about t gives me PTSD. Really. A horrifying cultural void. Like living that Walking Dead show. My take is it is a haven for scammers. EVERYTHING is a scam. Everything!
I think if you take millions of scammers, bums, homeless and weird people in one area, and weirdness is what you get.

Lots of crazy headlines around here, especially sports related. Coach covered up affair with paying for mistress abortion, also had an assistant marry the woman. Now a brothel being run in a dorm for athletes.
