I want a city which is sunny and have a beaches and have more than 400k population..I want improve my English so If people generally speak English in that city it is better

Are there any cities like that in USA
I found some cities(like:LA SD) but people said English is not speaken too much in these cities
Could you suggest cities for me

I'm confused

This is correct. Nobody speaks English in the entire state of California. Only Romansh.

people said dont go LA or SD if u want learn English so I asked here some questions for that reason

English is the first language in LA and SD. A lot of peple speak spanish too, but English is most wide spread. I even know 2nd generation Hispanics that barely know how to speak Spanish.

Due to hatred toward immigrants, some people in the US (most of whom don't live in California) will say that English is not spoken there anymore. This is either said jokingly or out of ungrounded paranoia.

Reading your first post made me think that you might be one of these anti-immigrant xenophobes, looking to start trouble.

If you're not, than surly you came across one in another forum.

Everybody in California speaks English. Even the immigrants.

It is good because some forums people said In LA Spanish is first language Because I loved LA climate especially and I want learn English in there

My English is not good sorry
I am not American and I havent been there, I am univercity student and I will finish that year and I want improve my English and when I searched USA cities I love Cal. but when I asked some questions in forums,people said these comments and I wanted ask in here again and your answers is good for me If Everybody or most of people speak English in Cali
