The answer is zilch. Nada. Oregon receives nothing from those driving from CA to WA. Wow, what a waste of potential revenue for Salem.
Since they're not paying sales tax, people from other states may have more available money to spend on goods and services. Oregon gets business taxes from added profits and Oregon gets income tax from the employees needed to handle the extra spending.

Since sales taxes tend to creep up, when it comes to tourism, the fact that Oregon doesn't have one may become more of a benefit.
