The residents are majority Latino, however it's not just the businesses that are run by Koreans. In the 2.7 square mile area there are still 35,000 Korean born residents (about 30% of the hoods population), so it's still a significant number.

Little Saigon is in a much more prominent commerical location than Koreatown in Philly but the Koreans hold it down in Olney. It actually has expanded so much that it is really evident that you are in Koreatown when coming into the city on 611 in Cheltenham.
