I am looking for a warmer climate, I live in Vermont and am ready to go somewhere warmer. I am single with no kids and am almost 40.

I would like to be around friendly people, in an area that I can walk around safely, and accounting schools would be a big plus. I love photography so beautiful scenery would also be a plus. I would like to be somewhere where I will be able to make friends with ease. Cost of living is also an important factor. I plan to start looking for jobs in January.

What do you recommend?

Thank you for your time.
