which is it?

factors:

proof of address (pennsylvania forces customers to show proof of address [utility bill] before issuing a licence)

giving it to you at the office as opposed to posting it to you (washington will not give a licence to you at the office and insists on posting it)

no tests for exchange of other state (indiana will make you take a written test even if you held a licence for 20 yrs in another state)

no provisional period (new jersey will make you wait a year til you can get a full licence)

I think Iowa is pretty easy. You can get a farm license at 15, I believe.

Yea Florida is really easy to get a licensce in...

No drivers ed required for new drivers, only passing a test...

Never had to prove address or any other information when exchanging a license

No tests when exchanging a license...

And they print it out right there in the office instead of making you wait 2-3 weeks like some other states do.

It's pretty difficult in NYS. They're also very strict during the actual driving test. At least it's like that on Long Island. We have to have a perfect parellel park, and also 3 point turn (not so hard though).

FL is real easy to get a license. you dont need to take drivers ed, you just need to score at least 20/25 on a written test, pay 20 bucks, take a driving test (that DOESNT included parallel parking), and you can leave the DMV with a license in your hand
