I've been wondering about this for some time and I can't seem to find a list stating which states have them and which don't, so I'm starting this thread trying to get answers from the people on city-data who do. The two states that I know for sure have them are Missouri and Arkansas and I strongly suspect Minnesota has them too. So tell me, does your state have these new traffic lights?

Yes, and I find them very confusing. Yellow means stop to me. You have a red light and a flashing yellow under it. "Do I stay or do I go?" LOL

Oklahoma has both the new flashing yellow arrow and the old left turn yield on green.

Yes, Minnesota has them, but they're not new and not super common in the Twin Cities or urban areas in general. They're used at certain intersections instead of green left-turn arrows at off-peak hours.

I've never seen them in Los Angeles. Couldn't say about the rest of the state if they're really new.

Indiana has some, if I am understanding what you are asking. For reference, this is what we have in Indiana.
