I've been wondering about this for some time and I can't seem to find a list stating which states have them and which don't, so I'm starting this thread trying to get answers from the people on city-data who do. The two states that I know for sure have them are Missouri and Arkansas and I strongly suspect Minnesota has them too. So tell me, does your state have these new traffic lights?
Yes, Minnesota has them, but they're not new and not super common in the Twin Cities or urban areas in general. They're used at certain intersections instead of green left-turn arrows at off-peak hours.
Yes, but only on newly constructed intersections (in Colorado Springs).
