Is there a place in US like this ??? (crime, restaurants)

Looking for a place with following conditions:

1. mild climate (not above 90F in summer, winter isn't below 25F), moderate humidity, moderate sun, not too rainy, no mosquitoes.
2. tall trees, preferably of pine-tree
4. The atmosphere of a small beautiful town where quiet enough, but not deserted and nice walking distance to the downtown with restaurants.
5. big (or relatively big) city nearby

All the points are necessary.
Is anyone know this place within USA. Is it exists ?

I think the sun there isn't moderate, but very hard (maybe I'm wrong, but isn't there is a drought?)

is these criteria are only for California? What about other places. In the other topic ppl suggested Lexington. Is there too harsh climate?

What about OR and WA is there really raining everyday like 7 month a year (like some people say)?

Santa Cruz. Coastal CA within X miles of SF best matches your criteria. You should have added COL if that is a deal breaker.

well, COL is always important and of course lower is better, but I understand that you cannot find a unicorn
Santa Cruz seems to be a good place, only I heard there are too many potheads in the city proper
I'd like more or less safe environment with not much crime

I have no problem with stoners in general, but the place is a bit a of magnet for all-purpose deadbeats, which blows.

Prescott is nice.
