Hmm..You`ve gave me an info to think. I didn`t recognize about it. When i spoke with my employer i only had knew about possibility of H1 because my company has severel offices all around the world (include USA). Altough i`ve supposed it! So that is why i looking for a cheap place to living untill i get job offer. I`ll be talking about it with my bosses.

)) Ya govory po Russki luchshe chem po Chezhki =) Tambien yo hablo Espaniol un poko con marido de mi hermana. Es Cubian.
BWT i didn`t afraid of heat inside my house, either store or into the car (you`re right that almost every place has air cond.). I`m afraid of i cannot walking with my family to parks/green areas/around lakes in summer time! I cant imagine my life without it. I`m used to move. In Moscow/Prague we used to go to park after the work. I have never understood the people who are used to lie on sofa in front of TV set after work. Recently i watched the youtube movies about life in (for examle) Texas. There has been showed some community where nobody on the streets! It was really emty. I was suprised by this! My sister told me the same about FL in summer. She`s been living in Miami almost 30 years (she, her husband and ckids are USA citizens).
I`m sure i`ll find a good job because i and wife are working in the international company which sent own employees to USA with H-1. But i cant affort to move from state to state to realise where life is better (howewer i wish it =)

If your sister and your wife's brother already live in the US, they may be able to sponsor your visa and bring you here legally. Where are they located?

What way? Family reunification? It will takes a long time (mb 10 years). My sister in Miami, wife`s brother close to Atlanta (Clempson).

PS: plz do not pay attention on my mistakes in my spelling. My keyboard is going to die =) some buttons are being pressed incorrectly (i shed the beer on it) =)

You do not understand...with a B-2 you CANNOT legally live here! You cannot set up a place to live. You CANNOT work for even 1 day. You can only visit the US as a tourist. Then you must go home. You cannot change a visitor visa into a work visa while in the US. If you do not follow the rules, the US may never let you return!

You can only get a H1-b work visa while living in your home country, and you cannot get one until 2018, and the business needs to sponsor you, and the business will need to pay the US about $10,000 to get you the visa, and the business will have to prove that no American can do the job. If your employer transfers you, they need to get the correct visa for you.

Ok, clear! I`ll be thinking about this. Ony of the possible ways is: we coming to USA, We will be learning on some language courses and courses that improve the job skills during valid period of B1. Then back to Chezh and waiting until the employer will have done the H-1b. I`ll be analysing that troible.
Nevertheles, let`s keep on the comparing)

Sorry, but you CANNOT attend school on a B-1/2 visa. You cannot do anything except be a tourist. You need to read about visas: https://travel.state.gov/content/vis...t/visitor.html

There are both federal and state taxes, and in some places, county and city taxes also. Every state is different. Income taxes, taxes on sales, property, automobile, luxury, gasoline, liquor, food, everything that can be taxed is taxed. Too complicated.
