From Southern California (Ventura County Area) it has nice sunny weather but I want something different.
Ventura County is an extension of LA's urban sprawl it's not really rural or open its more of a suburban area and it lacks in cultural sophistication.
Lived in Hawaii on the island of Oahu (Honolulu) for 3 years nice weather but it was too culturally alien to what I'm used to. It's an Island. It wasn't for me in the long run basically..

I guess I would want to live somewhere where I could go to college and study music and live in semi suburban/rural area. Maybe in the Midwest in forested area near the Great Lakes , maybe in the Coastal Mountains in California I'm not sure though.

If money/employment was no object, I'd alternate between Brooklyn and a small beach town in SoCal.

Most of the downtown/Peninsula area is very beautiful. The upper part is pretty rough, but most of it pretty awesome.

I would love to live back in San Francisco again! I also love Seattle. And once I visit NYC I can see it being my new top choice (in my dreams).

I live in my "dream" place now; the Charlotte area. Love it here. Don't plan on ever leaving. But there are other areas that I could live and be very happy. Orlando and Minneapolis/St. Paul appeal to me and possesses things that I love as well, for different reasons. If Charleston, SC was a little larger, it would be on my list as well. I prefer living in larger metros with 1 million+ residents.
