Someplace with a mild yet four season climate that is on the ocean, but politically liberal to moderate.

This probably exists in California. But I can't afford it.

Gold Coast Chicago, right off the Lake Michigan coast.. I'll just need a winter home in Miami or LA. And a row house in Old City or Washington Square West in Philly for fun lol.
