Who cares if you wouldn't pick half of them, that is based on THEIR opinion. And since when was Cincinnati flat????? That is the most hilly city in the midwest. Have you ever seen pictures of Cincy? LOL last time I check South Dakota really didn't have anything going for it except the Black Hills.
Top 24 seems too much.
